Both Kevin and Stephanie have always had a passion for the Hawaiian lifestyle and aloha spirit. Kevin grew up surfing and was instrumental in the growth of an international leading surf brand. Stephanie also has a background in action sports and grew up visiting the islands with her family. Together, they enjoy all the islands have to offer: surfing, mountain bike riding, hiking, yoga, and pau hana.
Our co-founder and Chief appraiser, Kevin Braden has experience with all facets of real estate appraisal and review. He managed a successful Appraisal Management Company (AMC), through that management role he was exposed to a multitude of complex appraisal issues on a daily basis.
Stephanie Finkel, co-founder and certified appraiser, has a real estate background. Her father has been a leader in the industry for 50+ years and is a managing broker for a leading real estate company and her brother is also a successful agent as well.
